At Mohawk Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within our policy guidelines.
Return Window
- 14 days from delivery date for refunds
- 30 days from delivery date for store credit/exchanges
- Final sale items are non-returnable (marked clearly on product pages)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Not show any signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at mohawkboutique.com
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Complete the return request form
- You’ll receive prepaid return shipping label (domestic US only)
Refund Processing
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return
- Refunds will be issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Store credit will be issued for exchanges
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must include all customs paperwork
- Should use trackable shipping method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Exchanges
We currently offer:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Store credit for alternative selections
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Clearance merchandise
- Special order items
- Personal care products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Return Shipping
- US customers: prepaid label provided
- International customers: responsible for return costs
- We recommend using trackable shipping
